Bills receiver and returner Roscoe Parrish will be out 4-6 weeks after having surgery on his right thumb.
Bills head coach Dick Jauron disclosed the injury on Wednesday as the Bills prepare to face the St. Louis Rams Sunday. Jauron didn’t disclose the exact nature of the injury other than to say it involved ligaments, and that if Parrish re-injured it that he could be out for the year.
Jauron says the injury occurred early in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s win over the Oakland Raiders.
Looks like he’ll be back just in time for our 3-in-a-row divisional games, which of course don’t start for another 5 weeks when the Bills face Miami. Here’s hoping the Talleywhackers run into him down in Miami…
